Medina Cuadros en La Razón ‘Luz verde a la extradición del Porky mexicano acusado de pederastia’ (07-11-2016)

El diario La Razón publica una noticia donde se recogen las palabras de Manuel Gómez Hernández, abogado del departamento de Laboral y Penal en Madrid, que representó al Gobierno de México en la petición de extradición de Diego Cruz, el Pleno de la Sala de la Audiencia Nacional da la razón al Gobierno de México, representado por Medina Cuadros, haciendo valer el Tratado Bilateral, que tiene supremacía sobre la Ley de Extradición Pasiva.
