Promovido por “la Caixa” y GAVI Alliance, MC participa por tercer año consecutivo en su lucha contra la mortalidad infantil

Medina Cuadros Abogados participa, por tercer año consecutivo, en la Alianza Empresarial para la Vacunación Infantil, una iniciativa promovida por “la Caixa” y GAVI Alliance, cuyo objetivo es promover y canalizar las aportaciones de las empresas españolas que deseen sumarse a GAVI Alliance en su lucha contra la mortalidad infantil.

La desinteresada aportación de Medina Cuadros contribuye a luchar contra la mortalidad infantil en los países más desfavorecidos. Desde el año 2000, GAVI Alliance ha vacunado a más de 288 millones de niños, con lo que ha evitado 5,4 millones de muertes, según cálculos de la Organización Mundial de la Salud. Las vacunas son básicas para reducir en dos terceras partes la mortalidad infantil entre 1990 y 2015 y, así, alcanzar el cuarto Objetivo de Desarrollo del Milenio de las Naciones Unidas.
