Gabriel de Diego, nuevo Decano del colegio de Procuradores

En el marco de las elecciones convocadas el martes 25 de febrero por el Colegio Oficial de Procuradores de Madrid para proceder a la elección de su nueva Junta de Gobierno, la candidatura encabezada por Gabriel María de Diego Quevedo ha obtenido el respaldo mayoritario de los electores convocados a las urnas. Escrutado el 100% pasada la medianoche del martes 24 al miércoles 25 de febrero, De Diego se alzó con la victoria con 742 votos, frente a los 189 de su oponente. La nueva Junta de Gobierno de los procuradores madrileños se ha fijado como objetivos prioritarios en su gestión, además de la defensa de los colegiados y de la profesión, impulsar la transparencia y fomentar el conocimiento entre la Opinión Pública en relación a la utilidad judicial que suponen sus distintas funciones y actividades. Desde Medina Cuadros, deseamos felicitar muy sinceramente al nuevo equipo de gobierno y, en especial, a su nuevo Decano, Gabriel de Diego al que, a buen seguro, acompañarán los éxitos.
