Esta segunda convocatoria estuvo centrada en un asunto que hoy en d\u00eda valoran y fomentan los equipos de Recursos Humanos de las empresas: \u00abGesti\u00f3n y retenci\u00f3n del talento\u00bb.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Para analizar todo lo relacionado con el tema central de la reuni\u00f3n, primero se tuvo en cuenta el contexto externo y en particular la situaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica del mercado laboral<\/strong> en el sector del cr\u00e9dito que vive actualmente nuestro pa\u00eds y la del mercado laboral, \u00abes importante afirmar que han mejorado ostensiblemente, con lo que las condiciones que se ofrecen a los candidatos que trabajan son muy semejantes. <\/strong>El reto que se plantea es el de atraer y fidelizar<\/strong> a las personas\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Los miembros del Club de Benchmarking<\/strong>\u00a0coincidieron en afirmar que para ilustrar los factores que se pueden considerar de \u00e9xito a la hora de alcanzar el objetivo \u00faltimo, es necesario\u00a0obtener un mayor compromiso de las personas, consiguiendo con ello conservar y atraer el talento, adem\u00e1s de reportar mayor competitividad y sostenibilidad a la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00abLos pilares sobre los que se debe cimentar una compa\u00f1\u00eda de \u00e9xito<\/strong> y en constante crecimiento son: la importancia de la cultura organizacional,<\/strong> el compromiso de las personas, escucha proactiva,\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0participaci\u00f3n de las personas en la toma de decisiones<\/strong>. A esto es importante a\u00f1adir\u00a0una comunicaci\u00f3n eficaz<\/strong> para que todas las personas est\u00e9n informadas, en tiempo y forma, la formaci\u00f3n y actualizaci\u00f3n de conocimientos, desarrollo y consolidaci\u00f3n de habilidades o el cambio de actitudes\u00bb.<\/p>\n
