Desde la Comisi\u00f3n de Recursos Humanos de ANGECO<\/strong> se plante\u00f3 la posibilidad de crear un club de Benchmarking<\/strong>, una iniciativa dirigida principalmente a los\u00a0Responsables de Recursos Humanos de las empresas asociadas<\/strong>\u00a0con inter\u00e9s en debatir y compartir experiencias en esta materia tan decisiva en el sector.<\/p>\n

La primera reuni\u00f3n de este club de Benchmarking<\/strong> tuvo lugar en una de las sedes de\u00a0Medina Cuadros en Madrid<\/strong>, situada en la calle Hermanos B\u00e9cquer, donde se dieron cita los representantes del \u00c1rea de Recursos Humanos de gran n\u00famero de empresas asociadas a ANGECO,<\/strong> adem\u00e1s cont\u00f3 con la presencia del gerente de la Asociaci\u00f3n, Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda de Gregorio;<\/strong> Medina Cuadros<\/strong> estuvo representada por el Socio Fundador de Medina Cuadros, Manuel Medina<\/strong>, que dio la bienvenida a los asistentes a esta primera convocatoria del club, \u00d3scar C\u00e9sar Iroa,<\/strong> Director de Desarrollo de Negocio e Innovaci\u00f3n de la compa\u00f1\u00eda y Javier Simarro<\/strong>, Director de Recursos Humanos.<\/p>\n

\"007\"<\/a>El desarrollo de este primer encuentro estuvo marcado por\u00a0 las experiencias compartidas<\/strong> de los distintos representantes del \u00e1rea de Recursos Humanos<\/strong> de estas empresas, sus \u00e9xitos y dificultades en la gesti\u00f3n, sus modelos<\/strong> de trabajo, contrastaci\u00f3n de resultados, incremento del valor de la actividad de Recursos Humanos<\/strong> en el sector, reonrientaci\u00f3n de la perspectiva y mejora de la imagen como employer branding.<\/strong><\/p>\n
